Awesome lake house, with a private dock, kayaks, a canoe, a game room with foosball, air hockey/small pool table, an arcade with 100s of games, board games, a yard with hammock swings, games, kid electric car & the lake has boat ramps, so bring your water toys. This lake is a fishing paradise we have caught crappies, red ears, bluegills, and lots of bass, our 5 year old got a nice crappie on his second cast. We love our vacation home and we want to share it with you. The house features smart TVs in every room and in the game room, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dining ware and silverware, we also offer free coffee on a Keurig machine, on the living room we have a desk & printer, and we also have a library for you to grab a book and relax. The yard is huge about 1/2 and acre, it has lots of shade from a huge tree that is about 100 years old with hanging hammock swings, yard games, a little kids playground, a sun room, a fire pit, and a grill (please note there is a small extra fee of $20 for the use of the grill as we are charged extra to clean it), it also has a little kids tree swing. The dock has water, a hose, electricity, solar lamps, a sink to clean your catch, and an amazing view. also there are lots of fish around the dock, we have caught everything from here. Disney is just 35 minutes away & Legoland 10. Managing Expectations: This house was built in 1941 it has a lot of updates as you can see on the pictures, but is still a house from 1941, do not expect to be in a modern house, but rather in a very well kept house with modern amenities, The house has a big front yard and a huge backyard, and people play on them and on the lake, and drag dirt inside the house. During every cleaning in between guests the cleaning company, sweeps, mops and sanitizes the floors, but this are real hardwood floors, it is impossible to remove every single grain of dirt from them, that is not a reasonable expectation for this property. Lastly we are in florida on a lake we do our best to control pests by regularly tenting the house, cutting the grass every 2 weeks and fumigating the yard, and thanks to this we have almost no insects, but the key word here is almost it is impossible for there to be no insects in the summer.

The house was built in the 1930's, and has been remodeled and furnished with Art Deco influence. We're 9 minutes to LEGOLAND and 35 to Disney. The house features plenty of toys, books, and games for kids, as well as a fully-fenced back yard. We have a travel pack-and-play crib and high chair, baby shampoo, and dishes for kids. There's a tub for bath time. The toy room has baskets full of toys, a comfy reclining / rocking chair for parents, and a baby gate enclosing the space. The toy room can be supervised from the kitchen or living room. The two masters have king beds, and the kids room has 2 twins. All bedrooms feature memory-foam mattresses with 100% cotton bedding, multiple pillow types, room-darkening curtains, and white noise machines. The front master is located near the kids room, perfect for parents of little ones. For those who prefer more privacy, the back master is located off the living room, and features a 40-inch TV with Netflix, a decorative fireplace, a dimmable chandelier, and a leather recliner chair. The home is professionally cleaned prior to your stay, and we provide plush bath and hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen has pots / pans / utensils needed for basic cooking, as well as plates, glasses, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, etc. There's a Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle, as well as a full-sized fridge / freezer / oven / stove / microwave. There's a filtered water faucet in the kitchen sink for drinking. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix and some Wii games. There's a sectional sofa for lounging or a desk for working. The Lake House at 1443- At over 6,000 square feet, this two story 5 1/2 Bedroom, 5 Bath home is a great way to escape to the warmth and solitude of Central Florida. A privately gated yard leads to a circular drive with a grand entrance. Park your car in the shade of a large live oak or pull into the 3-car garage which adjoins the large game room with 8' pool table. Next is the spacious, professional kitchen, separated from the combination Dining and Living “Great Room” with an arched window. The Great Room overlooks the pool and beautiful Lake Roy. Here you might enjoy the Baby Grand Piano, filling the home with sound. We offer high speed Wifi and Security system for your security and convenience. Down the hall to the Master Suite, you’ll enjoy a large custom Steam Room with two Rain-Forest showers, matching wash basins, a Closet Room, a private deck overlooking the lake and private access to the pool area. Off the same hallway the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, one through the walk in closet, one down the hall. Upstairs is also part of the Great room, as it is viewed from above from two spacious loft areas, bridged together over the dining room. Both offer amazing vistas of the lake, pool and front yard. The first loft includes a wet bar, entertainment center and exercise/dance floor and access to the upper-level lanai. Walk across the indoor bridge to a second loft that offers a secluded getaway for reading, office work and a large couch for another place to rest. Also at the top of the stairs are two large guest suites, one with a lake view and open air access to the upper lanai, the other is larger, with a view of the front yard and drive. The deep (9 feet) 18'x36' pool, surrounded by a paved deck area, is open to the stars and the sun. Included is a propane grill and deck chairs. The pool is heated on request ($$) but the sun keeps it comfortable for swimming from April through October. A great destination for fishermen or those with boats, there is an older two bay boat house and dock on the lakefront with a small swim area. About half of our lakefront we leave in its natural state to allow habitat for ducks and ducklings, coots, gallinules, otters, frogs and herons. Boat rentals tend to come and go and are not easy to find but an Internet search may yield results. Parking is plentiful with a circular driveway, a three car garage or, by permission, in the adjacent half acre lot.
